• Plan building management and action plan, supervising the operation in the aspect of management to be smooth as planned.
• Provide complaint tracking service for a timely solution
• Communication and announcement for co-owners, residents, and members
• Accommodate all services to co-owners, residents, and members such as signing for parcels and make reservation for the building activities etc.
• Monitor and control security aspect, cleaning, gardening, pest control, parking arrangement to be at the optimal efficiency.
• Prepare planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual duty plans
• Provide repair and maintenance service for the machinery and equipment within building assembly system (MEP) restricted to common area primarily to regain normal function excluding major repair, parts replacing, overhaul, upgrade/modification. The services provided are inspection and repairment equipment inside the apartment such as changing lightbulbs, change-clean air filter, electronic devices setup, but not include electronic devices repair, high-ground repairment which can cause high risk for the staffs according to safety standard.
• Monitor machinery and equipment of building assembly system (MEP) in the common area such as electrical distribution system, air-conditioning system, water supply system, swimming pool system throughout activation time in appropriate frequency.
