• Preparation for the steps of practice between juristic person and the apartment ownership transfer section.
• Coordinate apartment ownership transfer and issue debt certificate.
• Prepare documents regarding building regulation and the decoration of the apartment.
• Prepare steps for each practice including steps to follow in case of emergency.
• Prepare project information to provide for the customers
• Collaborate with government agencies in registering the condominium’s juristic person.
